A short introduction on the history of flavored wines and Vermouth will give the chance to smell, touch and taste some of the herbs that make a vermouth…

but this is just the beginning of our alchemic ab: each participant will have 1/4 liter of white wine to produce their personal vermouth, using different herbs and following basic rules of red and white vermouth production.

At the end of the experience each participant will have a bottle with their personal vermouth with the label of the event. A tasting of different historical vermouths with explanation from our expert will accompany the Esperienza.
