When is the room available and when do we have to check out?
You may check into your room from 10.00 am if it is available. On check-out day, rooms must be left empty by noon.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day; therefore it is also possible to leave early in the morning or to arrive late at night. However, in order to offer the best possible service, we ask our guests to let us know if they will be checking in or out early or late at night.
It is also possible to agree a late check-out with the hotel.
How can we reach the hotel?
The Best Western Hotel Piemontese is just outside the ZTL (limited traffic area) and can be reached by car at any time of day.
The Porta Nuova train station, which is also the last stop of the Sadem shuttle bus that connects the city to Caselle airport, is just a short walk away.

Where can we park?
The Best Western Hotel Piemontese has an agreement with the ACI Parking Lot located on Piazza Madama Cristina. The agreed fee is €18.00 for 24 hours, and you may pay this directly at the hotel when you check out. For motorcycles, we offer an internal parking area at the hotel for €10.00 for 24 hours.
How can I book a room?
Bookings can be made by telephone on 011 66 98 101, by email or directly online by filling in the form located in the upper left-hand corner of the site page, specifying the days of your stay and number of guests.
Is the tourist tax included in the rate?
No, the tourist tax is not included in the rate. Since April 2 2012, there is a Stay in Turin Tax which amounts to €2.30 for 3-star hotels and €3.20 for 4- star hotels, per person per night. This tax must be paid directly at the hotel. Children under 12 years old are not subject to this tax.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled or modified at no charge until 18.00 on the day prior to the date of arrival. However, the standard policy may not apply in certain promotions or conditions.

Can I pay with credit card, debit card or rechargeable electronic card?
Yes, payments can be made in cash, by credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express, Pagobancomat, Bancoposta and with electronic cards.
Does the hotel offer internet connection?
Yes, our free wi-fi internet connection is available in all the communal areas and in all the rooms.
Does the hotel have an internet business point?
Yes, this is one of the services available in the Business Rooms, but all guests may use it free of charge. The business point is equipped with a color printer that can also be used free of charge.
What are the breakfast hours?
The breakfast room is open from 7.00 to 10.00 am.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Our building is equipped with air conditioning in all the rooms and it is included in the price.
What languages are spoken at the reception?
Our staff speak English, French, Spanish and German.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, small pets animals are admitted free of charge as long as the owners let us know when they book. Pets may not, however, be taken into the breakfast area.
Does the hotel have cradles and baby chairs?
Yes, the hotel offers rooms, cradles and baby chairs for small children free of charge.

How far is the hotel from the historic city center?
The Best Western Hotel Piemontese is just 10 minutes walk away from the historic city center. You can get to all the main museums and monuments very quickly, without using public transport. Our staff are available to help you organize your stay in Turin.

The nearest train station is Porta Nuova central station, which is about 10 minutes walk from Hotel Piemontese.
Porta Susa international train station is well connected to Porta Nuova station and the metro.

The nearest airport is Sandro Pertini di Caselle, which is 20 km from the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get there by bus, and 30 minutes by taxi.
